How is Reeti planet-friendly (and fabulous)?
At Reeti, we’re all about showcasing clothing that looks good and does good! 🌱 We carefully curate a collection of sustainable brands that use eco-friendly materials like organic cotton, plant-based fabrics, and recycled polyester—all chosen for their lower environmental impact.
These brands are also champions of upcycling. Many of them use dead-stock fabrics (the leftover or surplus materials) and transform them into stunning new pieces, giving waste a second chance at life!
And here’s the kicker: many of our brands adopt a made-to-order approach, so they only produce clothing when you want it—minimizing waste, avoiding excess inventory, and reducing their overall footprint. To top it off, they use non-toxic, organic dyes that are safe for both the environment and your skin.
How do I dispose of Reeti's packaging (or give it a second life)?
Glad you asked! Our packaging is as thoughtful as the clothes we curate. We ship your order in bioplastic mailers made from corn starch, which are fully compostable.
See that dotted line? Cut along it, and voilà! You can use the second seal to repurpose the mailer for anything else—a little eco-friendly magic, right? Once you're done, the mailer can be composted in a commercial composting facility, where it’ll break down completely within 180 days.
How do I figure out my size?
We recommend triple-checking the size chart that’s specific to each product. If you still have questions or need any specific guidance (because we know every body is wonderfully unique!), feel free to email us at info@reetishop.com. Our sizes range from XXS to 4XL, so we’ve got you covered!
Do you ship to the US?
Yes, we currently ship only within the US. But don’t worry, we host pop-ups around the world! Keep an eye on our Pop-Up page or follow us on Instagram @reeti_shop, to stay updated on our latest events.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
We know things happen! If you need to make changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@reetishop.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate any updates, but please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.
Do you offer customization or made-to-order items?
Some of the brands we feature offer made-to-order items. If a product is customizable, you’ll find the details in the product description. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about customization.

What are your standard shipping times?
We typically ship orders within 14 business days from the date of purchase. Since many of our items are handmade, we appreciate your patience—craftsmanship takes time and care!

What is your return & exchange policy?
While we greatly appreciate your interest in our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns & exchanges since all our products are made to order and made for you. However, we want to ensure that you have the best possible shopping experience, so for any exceptional cases or inquiries regarding sizes, please refer to the detailed sizing chart provided for each product. Please note that any associated costs will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
Damaged Orders:
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item with a photo of the product. We will assist you in resolving the issue, whether it's a replacement, refund, or exchange.
