Production Times
Some products may take longer to ship due to their nature. For example, items sourced from the foot of the Himalayas or southern India may require additional time for logistics. The process involves various parties, including designers, delivery teams, and customs. While this may occasionally cause delivery delays, we strive to minimize them. Shipping Costs
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $200. For orders below that amount, there is a flat shipping fee you will find at the checkout. Our estimated delivery time for orders is typically 5–7 days from the date of shipping.
Delays

Returns Policy
At Reeti, our products are made to order and crafted just for you. Because of this we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please share clear pictures within 24 hours of receipt and email them to us at info@reetishop.com. We’ll assess the situation and work with you to find a solution.
