All orders will be dispatched within 10 - 15 days of order confirmation. Please note that this timeframe includes both the production and shipping of your order. We appreciate your patience, as handmade items require time and attention to detail.

International Costs 

We offer a flat rate shipping per country.

US standard – 30$

Our estimated delivery time for orders is typically 5 - 7 days from the date of shipping. 

Delays

While we strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience, please be aware that delays may occur during customs clearance, which is beyond our control. Rest assured; we will keep you updated on the status of your shipment throughout the process.

Lost/damaged goods - While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your items, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost or damaged during transit.

Returns Policy

Due to the unique nature of our made to order products, we do not accept returns. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Customs and Import Duties

Please note that the order may be subjected to customs duties, taxes, or fees during the customs clearance process as per your country’s regulations. This is not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer.
